Customer Service Export (m/f/d) full time
your tasks:
- Operational processing of FCL export orders
- Order entry
- Customer service and complaint handling
- Communication with domestic and foreign customers
- Responsibility for quality and compliance with specified processes
your profile:
- A completed apprenticeship as a commercial clerk (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable commercial vocational training/qualification
- Several years of professional experience in commercial order processing as well as a basic understanding of logistics
- High communicative competence and confident appearance as well as service- and customer-oriented mindset
- Deadline-oriented, pragmatic and independent way of working
- Cooperative team player with readiness for action
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
